Senior Year at Louisville
- All-ACC Honorable Mention selection.
- Ranked seventh in the ACC in rebounding with 8.2 per game and was fifth in defensive rebounds (5.7). He pulled down nine or more rebounds in 15 games as a senior, including nine against Virginia Tech on Senior Day on March 1.
- Averaged 10 points and 7.6 rebounds over the last seven games while connecting on 52 percent from the field (8-of-21 three-pointers).
- Scored a season-high 18 points at Clemson on Feb. 15 while pulling down seven rebounds.
- Finished with 893 rebounds for his collegiate career (631 at Louisville, 262 at UNC Asheville).
- Produced 10 career double-doubles and scored in double digits 34 times with the Cardinals.
- Scored 11 points against Eastern Kentucky on Dec. 14, surpassing 1,000 career points. He finished his career with 1,180 points (772 at Louisville, 408 at UNC Asheville).
- Missed a double-double by one rebound at Pitt on Jan. 14, totaling 14 points, nine rebounds and two blocked shots while connecting on 3-of-6 three-pointers. He made key three-point goals in the closing minutes at Notre Dame and Pitt.

He became the first Louisville player in school history to have a double-double in points and rebounds combined with at least four steals and at least seven assists.
- Recorded three straight double-doubles, with 12 points and 11 rebounds at Pittsburgh; 17 points and 10 rebounds at North Carolina; and 14 points and 10 rebounds against Boston College.
- Scored his 700th point and pulled down his 500th rebound of his collegiate career (Louisville and UNC Asheville combined) at Pittsburgh. He has scored 901 collegiate points and grabbed 639 career rebounds including his freshman year at UNC Asheville.
- Has grabbed at least four rebounds in 30 games this year, ranking second on the team in rebounding with 6.9 per game (16th in the ACC).

- Collected 53 steals and shot 47 percent from the field as UNC Asheville posted a 22-12 record, won the Big South Tournament and reached the NCAA Tournament for the fourth occasion in school history and first since 2012. The Bulldogs fell to eventual champion Villanova in the NCAA First Round as Sutton contributed 11 points.
- Earned Big South Tournament MVP when he produced season highs of 25 points and 18 rebounds against Winthrop in the championship game of the Big South Tournament.
- Scored in double digits on 21 occasions, grabbed eight or more rebounds in 16 games and had three or more steals in six games. A starter in all 34 games, he had eight double-doubles and was fourth in the Big South in rebounding.
- First team all-state selection at Manual High School in 2015 when he ranked eighth in the state in scoring (24.4 points per game) and sixth in rebounding (12.1).
- The Seventh Region Player of the Year in 2014-15, Sutton led Manual High School to a 25-6 record and their first regional final appearance in 15 years. The Kentucky Mr. Basketball finalist totaled 20 points and 12 rebounds in the regional title game against Ballard.
