Louisville: Former walk-on who earned a scholarship after one year and has become one of the leaders of the football team... has worked hard to develop his body and become a solid offensive tackle... his versatility to play a number of positions on the offensive line has made him one of the most valuable players on the squad... has a strong work ethic and goes about his business with little fanfare.
2011: Was one of three offensive linemen to start all 13 games on the offensive line... played both center and offensive tackle... made the move to tackle for the first time in his career... started the first three games at center before moving to offensive tackle for the final 10 games... played left tackle.
2010: Saw action in eight games ... earned his first career start at center in Louisville's 34-24 win over Arkansas State.
2009:Didn't see game action.
2008:Red-shirted.
Trinity High school:Played for Bob Beatty at Trinity High School ... earned All-State accolades as a senior ... two-way player ... played in the Kentucky-Tennessee All-Star game ... guided Trinity to three state championships.
