Junior Year:
- First season at Louisville was last year after transferring from Mississippi State, where he started in the backcourt for two seasons.
- Made his first start with the Cardinals against DePaul and totaled a career-high 10 points while connecting on all four shots from the field, including two three-pointers.
- Saw action in 28 games last season, scoring 44 points for the year while playing behind All-America Terrence Williams.
- Played 16 minutes against USF when foul trouble for Terrence Williams vaulted him into increased action. He responded with seven points.
- Scored four points vs. Ole Miss.
- Grabbed three rebounds vs. Lamar.
- Delk's uncle Tony Delk played under U of L Coach Rick Pitino at Kentucky, where Tony earned Most Outstanding Player honors while leading Kentucky to the 1996 NCAA Championship and went on to play 10 seasons in the NBA.
- His twin brother Richard, who also played two seasons at Mississippi State, is a senior at Troy University.
- His father, Rickie, was a four-time all-conference selection (1973-76) and three-time league scoring champion at Lambuth University in Jackson, Tenn., where he left as the school's all-time leading scorer (2,327 career points) as well as having his jersey number (#00) retired.
- His older sister, Genevieve, played collegiately at the University of South Alabama, while his younger sister, Gwen, is a freshman at the University of Central Arkansas.
In Two Seasons at Mississippi State:
- Sat out the 2007-08 season after transferring from Mississippi St., where he started in the backcourt for two seasons.
- Averaged 9.5 points, 2.0 rebounds and connected on 35.5 percent of his three-point attempts as a sophomore as Mississippi State posted a 21-14 record and reached the semifinals of the National Invitation Tournament.
- Delk started 59 of 65 games over two seasons for the Bulldogs, including all 35 during the 200607 season. He ranked seventh in three-point percentage in Southeastern Conference games that season, hitting 38.2 percent in league games (34-of-89).
- Collegiate career scoring high was 27 points produced at Arkansas as a freshman when he connected on 7-of-9 three pointers.
- Hit 122-of-322 three-point goals in his two seasons at Mississippi State (37.9 percent) and had 33 games with multiple three-pointers. He scored 602 points in two years, a 9.3 scoring average.
High School:
- Top 50 prospect and three-year starter at North Side High School in Jackson, Tenn., where he averaged 22.3 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.3 assists as a senior in helping his team to a 25-5 record and a second straight runner-up finish in the Class AAA state tournament.
- Earned second team all-state honors and a Class AAA Mr. Basketball finalist as a senior. He scored 1,866 points in his career at North Side.
- Averaged 17.1 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.8 steals as a junior in helping the 2003-04 Indians to a 29-3 record and a state runner-up finish, earning third team all-state recognition.
