Collegiate Career
- Graduate transfer who played his last two years at Cleveland State and freshman year at Penn State.
- Enrolled in graduate school at UofL after completing his communication management degree at Cleveland State in May.
- A member of the 2015 Horizon League five-person first team and an NABC All-District 12 second team selection.
- Led Cleveland State in scoring last season, averaging 16.3 points (fifth in the Horizon League), 2.9 assists (10th) and 1.2 steals (10th).
- Led the conference with a CSU single-season record 96 three-pointers, connecting on 42.3 percent of his threes (fifth in the conference, 96-of-227). The Vikings finished last season with a 19-15 record and tied for third place in the Horizon League.
- Totaled 24 points, five rebounds and two steals for Cleveland State in a 45-33 loss to Louisville on Nov. 26 in the Global Sports Showcase.
- Has scored 1,098 points in his three collegiate seasons, including 111 as a freshman at Penn State. He scored a career-high 32 points against Mt. Vernon Nazarine on Dec. 15, tying the CSU single-game record with nine three-pointers in the game.
- Has 15 career 20-point games and two 30-point games.
- His 155 career three-pointers in two seasons at Cleveland State ranks eighth in CSU history.
- As a freshman at Penn State during the 2011-12 season, he averaged 5.6 points, 1.4 rebounds and 0.8 assists in 20 games, including six as a starter. He scored a season-best 17 points with four assists against Hartford.

- As a senior at Garfield Heights (Ohio) High School, Lewis averaged 23.0 points, 5.1 assists and 4.8 rebounds in leading his team to a 24-2 record and the state semifinals, where he scored 33 points and hit a state tournament record eight three-pointers.
- Named the 2011 Ohio Division I Co-Player of the Year, the Cleveland Plain Dealer Boys Basketball Player of the Year, and was runner-up to former Michigan All-American Trey Burke for Ohio’s Mr. Basketball award.
- Had 33 points, including state tournament record eight three-pointers in state semifinals as a senior.
- Selected as Northeast Lakes District Player of the Year and Northeast Ohio Conference Player of the Year his senior season, hitting 48 percent of his three-pointers, 51 percent from the floor and 78 percent from the free throw line.

- A three-time captain, he led his squad to a 77-17 record and three conference titles in his four years and had his jersey retired. He scored over 1,350 career points and set the school’s single season three-point record.

- Chose to wear jersey number three comes from being the third Joseph Lewis, he is the youngest of three children and it’s the number for Allen Iverson and Dwyane Wade.
