2022-23: At Rivanna Romp, she rowed the 2V8 boat that stroked to a 13:57.5 to finish in 12th in the 20-boat field. In the head to head regatta against Michigan, she was aboard the 2V8 boat that finished third in 6:55.94. In the prelims of the ACC Championship in Raleigh, she rowed the 2V8 boat to a fourth- place finish with a time of 6:52.035 to advance to the petite final. She rowed the 2V8 boat to a victory in the petite final at the ACC Championships, going 6:59.787.
2021-22: Charlotte Almond was on the 2V8 boat that beat Notre Dame with a time of 6:33.002 on Day 1 at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational. On Day 2 at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational, she rowed in the 2V8 boat that finished third with a time of 6:47.026. At the Sunshine State Invitational, she rowed on the 2V8 boat that won silver in the grand final with a time of 6:36.70. At the Lake Wheeler Invitational, she helped the 2V8 boat to a second place finish with a time of 6:50.592. In head-to-head competition with Michigan, she was on the 2V8 boat that turned in a time of 7:03.78.
2020-21: In the COVID-shortened season, Charlotte rowed V4 at Oak Ridge and V4 at ACCs where she helped her boat win the petite final. She was named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll, Red & Black Scholar. She was named to the ACC Honor Roll.
Prior to UofL: She rowed for Northwich Rowing Club and won Gold at nationals schools. Charlotte qualified for women’s Henley 2018 and was a two-year junior club captain.
Personal: Daughter of Paul and Kathryn Almond. Born on March 8, 2001. Has a brother, Josh, and a sister, Maddie.
