Even if you miss a match, you're still not out of the running for our monthly attendance perks! Attend every match during that time frame, and you will automatically be entered in the monthly drawings, which will be announced shortly.
All fans that participate in the Cards Reward loyalty program will have numerous additional opportunities to redeem offers. The rewards program will reward attendance streaks at various points throughout the season. Each fan that scans a ticket or checks in via the app for every game on the "punch card" will be eligible to receive the reward. If you can't make a game, you can keep your perfect attendance streak alive by making sure someone else uses your seats. Take advantage of our mobile ticketing platform to manage your tickets. With just a few clicks, you can easily access and transfer your tickets for the upcoming game.
Step-by-step instructions on how to transfer your tickets to a friend or family member are available below.
GET THE APP & ACCESS YOUR TICKETS
Go to GoCards.com/CardsMobile and download the official CardsMobile app. Available on Google Play and the iTunes App Store.
Tap the CardMobile app icon. On the home screen, you can tap the “Skip” option to bypass the customization log in and go directly to the app.
Once in the app, tap the "Tickets" icon in the bottom nav.
Sign in to your 'My Cardinals Account.'
You can now use the same email and password for both your University of Louisville ticket account and your Ticketmaster account.
To complete login and be redirected to your account, tap "Sign In." After logging in, you will see your tickets to upcoming events.
VIEW & SAVE YOUR TICKETS
Tap on an upcoming event and use the action buttons to view/add to wallet, send tickets to a friend, resell, or donate them.
To access your barcode require for entry, use the View Barcode or Add to Wallet icon.
Click "Add to Wallet" on each ticket you want to save to your mobile device.
Open your mobile wallet for easy access to your tickets and fast scanning at the gates on game day. Tickets in your mobile wallet will not have or need a visible barcode but will scan with NFC technology, similar to Apple Pay.
NEW FOR 2021 – Screenshots, photos, or anything printed from your computer will NOT work for entry. ACCESS TICKETS ON APPLE WALLET
Select the ticket(s) you wish to save to your phone and then tap "Add to Apple Wallet."
After you have selected “Add,” your tickets will automatically be stored on the Wallet app.
Wallet is a pre-installed iPhone app that can be found on your home screen.
On game day, you can access the tickets in your wallet, without having you worry about WiFi connection, and easily scan in at all gates.
If you have multiple tickets, you can swipe right and left to display all tickets for scanning. Tickets in your mobile wallet will not have or need a visible barcode but will scan with NFC technology, similar to Apple Pay.
TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS
Tap on an upcoming event and select "Transfer."
Select the tickets you would like to transfer and tap "Transfer to."
Select the person you would like to send you tickets to and select the method of delivery. You can choose to select an existing contact in your phone or manually enter a recipient's email or phone number.
If you choose to manually enter a recipient, fill out the contact information in the appropriate fields (First Name, Last Name, email or phone). Once completed, hit "Transfer Ticket."
Make sure the contact info is correct at the top and tap the send icon.
ACCEPT TRANSFERRED TICKETS
Using your mobile device, click on the link you received via text or email to visit 'My Cardinals Account.'
If you have a 'My Cardinals Account,' log in using the email associated with your account. If you do not have an account, click on "Don’t have an Account" to create one.
Retrieve the ticket(s) transferred to you by selecting "Accept."
Once you have accepted, you will see "Success!" at the top of the screen. Click "Continue."
To view your ticket(s) and barcode(s) or save them to your wallet, click "Let's Go."
You can now manage your ticket.
PRINT-AT-HOME & PDF TICKETS
The UofL athletic ticket office continuously strives to implement technological advances to provide our fans with a ticketing experience that is convenient, safe and secure. In accordance with this, print-at-home paper tickets (PDFs) are being discontinued and will no longer be accepted at any UofL Athletics venue or the KFC Yum! Center, so as to further combat fraud and counterfeiting commonly associated with PDF tickets.
Printed season ticket books and single-game tickets provided by the UofL Ticket Office as well as mobile ticket options will still be available for fans. For more information about this change, please contact the UofL Ticket Office at (502) 852-5151 or tickets@gocards.com.
PAY YOUR INVOICE
Visit GoCards.com/Account to sign in to your 'My Cardinals Account.'
Click on the "Pay Invoices" tab.
Select the invoice you wish to pay.
Continue to "Payment Options" and then enter your credit or debit card information and your billing address.
Enter your CVV code and select "Add New Payment."
Select your payment option - e.g. pay in full, pay other amount, payment plan.
To complete the process, review the payment amount, accept the Terms & Conditions, and click "Confirm."
