Perfect attendance perks are back for the 2019-20 season! Your participation was so impressive last year that we are excited to up the challenge this year, as well as offer additional attendance perks.
Here's how it works:
SEASON-LONG PERFECT ATTENDANCE:
Scan all of your tickets at all 18 home games and you will receive a 10% discount* on your 2020-21 season tickets.
MONTHLY PERFECT ATTENDANCE:
We're also introducing monthly attendance perks this season! The monthly attendance perks include a team signed basketball, suite access for a game, and much more! Each month, the perks will be revealed here. Attend every game during that time frame, and you will automatically be entered in the monthly drawings.
November Attendance Perks:
Open practice (5 winners, as many guests as you have tickets)
Team signed basketball
December Attendance Perks:
Access to a suite for a game (8 winners, two tickets per account)
Concession vouchers (10 winners)
January Attendance Perks:
Locker room tour (10 winners)

CARDS REWARDS:
All fans that participate in the Cards Reward loyalty program will have numerous additional opportunities to redeem offers. The rewards program will reward attendance streaks at various points throughout the season. Each fan that scans a ticket or checks in via the app for every game on the āpunch cardā will be eligible to receive the reward. *The 10% discount is on a maximum of two tickets per account and is eligible for ticket value, but does not include the seat donation.
If you can't make a game, you can keep your perfect attendance streak alive by making sure someone else uses your seats. Take advantage of our mobile ticketing platform to manage your tickets. With just a few clicks, you can easily access and transfer your tickets for the upcoming game.
Step-by-step instructions on how to transfer your tickets to a friend or family member are available below.
ACCESSING TICKETS ON APPLE WALLET
Select the ticket(s) you wish to save to your phone and then tap āAdd to Apple Wallet.ā
After you have selected āAdd,ā your tickets will automatically be stored on the Wallet app.
Wallet is a pre-installed iPhone app that can be found on your home screen.
On game day, you can access the tickets in your wallet, without having you worry about WiFi connection, and easily scan in at all gates.
If you have multiple tickets, you can swipe right and left to display all tickets for scanning.
GET THE APP & ACCESS YOUR TICKETS
Go to GoCards.com/CardsMobile and download the official CardsMobile app. Available on Google Play and the iTunes App Store.
Tap the CardsMobile app icon and then tap the "Tickets" icon in the bottom nav.
Tap the "Sign in to Louisville" button.
Log in using the email address and password associated with your 'My Cardinals Account.'
To complete login and be redirected to your account, tap "Authorize."
Tap the +Person icon in the bottom right of the screen.
Enter your Ticketmaster.com credentials.
*Note: Your login information may not be the same as your CAF/My Cardinals Account.
To complete log in and merge your accounts, tap "Authorize."
VIEW & SAVE YOUR TICKETS
Tap on an upcoming event and use the action buttons to view/add to wallet, send tickets to a friend, resell, or donate them.
To access your barcode require for entry, use the View Barcode or Add to Wallet icon.
Click "Add to Wallet" on each ticket you want to save to your mobile device.
Open your mobile wallet for easy access to your tickets and fast scanning at the gates on game day.
TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS
Tap on an upcoming event and select "Send."
Select the tickets you would like to transfer and tap "Send Tickets."
Select the method that you would like to use to deliver tickets to the recipient. You can choose to send via email, text, or social media.
After selecting the method of sharing, enter the recipient's contact info and tap "Send."
ACCEPT TRANSFERRED TICKETS
Using your mobile device, click on the link you received via text or email to visit 'My Cardinals Account.'
If you have a 'My Cardinals Account,' log in using the email associated with your account. If you do not have an account, enter your first and last name, the email address to which the tickets were sent, and a password. Then, select "Sign Up."
Retrieve the ticket(s) transferred to you by selecting "Claim."
Click on the ticket(s) you would like to view. Swipe right to view all of your tickets for the event. This image is NOT your ticket. To view your ticket(s), select "View Barcode."
To save the tickets to your phone, tap "Add to Wallet." Save all tickets to your mobile device for easy access into the venue on game day.
Have the barcode scanned at any turnstile. If you have multiple tickets, you can swipe left or right to display all of them for scanning.
