LOUISVILLE ATHLETICS INTERNSHIP - CREATIVE/MARKETING/GAME PRESENTATION
The Marketing Office oversees Fan Engagement and Game Presentation for all home events. They work with teams and coaches, sport administrators, media relations, tickets, creative services, and Learfield/Louisville Sports Properties to enhance the game atmosphere at all events and increase brand awareness of the Louisville Cardinals.
Learning objectives for the Creative/Marketing/Game Presentation Intern include, but are not limited to:
- Learn to develop and execute a marketing and promotional plan for assigned sports
- Gain confidence and ability to be the "Game Producer" for assigned sports, putting together the "Run of Show" and organizing all facets of game presentation
- Develop ability to use game production software for Sound Director, and ANC and Daktronics videoboards
- Develop ability to use Adobe Photoshop to create marketing assets
- Increase leadership abilities to oversee undergraduate gameday interns on game days to execute all facets of in-game recognitions, activations and sponsorship activities
- Learn to collaborate on creative ideas for intro videos and other in-game or social media video and/or photo content
- Opportunity to focus on Creative side and develop photo or video shooting and editing skills, including game and event coverage.
