2015 Cross Country: Competed in all seven races this season …accomplished five top-5 finishes…recorded a career best time of 29:14.6 while finishing third in the 10K at the NCAA Southeast Regional… ook second place at the Vanderbilt Invite finishing the 8K race in 24:35.7…set a season best in the 8K with a time of 23:30.6 while taking third at the ACC Championships and earning All-ACC honors…earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors.
2014-15: Competed in the 1500m, 3000m, 3000m steeplechase, 5000m events during his sophomore year…won the 3,000m steeplechase in 8:33.78 at the ACC Outdoor Championships…earned Outdoor first-team All-ACC honors and Indoor second-team All-ACC honors…took victories in the 1,500m and 3,000m at the UT Challenge…finished ninth in the 3000m steeplechase at the NCAA Championships...earned second team All-American honors…won the 3,000m steeplechase at the Florida Relays…recorded career bests in the 1500m, mile, 3000m, 5000m, and 3000m steeplechase during his junior season…member of the distance medley relay team that holds the school record of 9:50.96 that was set at the Alabama Relays…Ccmpeted in the World University Games and finished fifth in the 3,000m steeplechase.
2014 Cross Country: Competed in all six races for the Cardinals … earned five top 5 finishes and one top 20 finish … recorded personal-bests in the 5K, 8K and 10K distances … began the season with a win at the Flyer 5K before finishing second at the Commodore Classic and fourth at the Greater Louisville Classic … finished sixth at the ACC Championships before crossing second at the NCAA Southeast Regionals with a time of 30:13.9… earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors … one of two runners to qualify for the NCAA Championships … earned All-America honors after finishing 23rd at the NCAA Championships with a personal-best 10K time of 30:44.7.
2013-14: Competed in the 1,500m, 5,000m, 10,000m, and 3,000m steeple during the outdoor season, and 3,000m and 5,000m during the indoor season ... captured a first place finish at the AAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 3,000m steeple ... earned a second place finish at the AAC Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 5,000m by posting a time of 14:31.98 ... advanced to the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships, where he posted 11th and 12th place finishes in the 3,000m steeple.
2013 Cross Country: Missed the season due to injury.
2012-13 Track: Season was cut short due to injury ... only competed in the indoor season, running in the 3,000m and 5,000m events ... registered consecutive third-place finishes - third in the 3,000m at the Meyo Invitational and third in the 5,000m at the IU Relays ... notched a season-best 3,000m time of 8:08.70 at the Meyo Invitational ... won the 3,000m title at the Kentucky Invitational in collegiate debut.
2012 Cross Country: Competed in four meets ... top finish (20th) came at the BIG EAST Championships ... registered season-best 8K time of 24:18.4 at the Louisville Pre-Nationals.
