2015-2016: Competed in both Indoor and Outdoor seasons… Competed across all 4 long distance events logging career bests in all of them… Started the season by placing first at the USF Bulls Invitational with a time of 14:44.48 in the 5000m… took third in the 3000m at the Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood invitational with a time of 8:20.08… Placed third at the Rankin/Poehlein Invitational in the 1500m with a time of 3:59.32… Placed 15^th at the ACC Championship in the 10,000m with a time of 30:48.52.

2015 Cross Country: Competed in all seven races this season … recorded his career best in the 8K with a time of 24:07.0 at the ACC Championships landing him a spot on the All-ACC team … captured two top-5 finishes including a season best fourth place finish at the Evansville Early Bird … set another career best time of 29:48.5 in the 10K en route to a 13^th place finish in the NCAA Southeast Regional … earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors.

Prep: Won the African University 10K Championship in 2014 … Member of Kenya team who took gold at the World University Cross Country Championships in 2014 … Ranked fourth overall in World University cross country…also played basketball.
