14 Players Named as NFCA All-America Scholar Athletes

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville softball team had 14 student-athletes earn Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete status for the 2024-25 academic year.
Among those honored, Sam Booe, Maddi Grant, and Easton Lotus earned their fourth consecutive scholar athlete distinction in their careers. Alyssa Zabala garnered her third career NFCA Scholar Athlete honor in her three years at Louisville. Ally Alexander, Bri Despines, Char Lorenz, Chelsea Mack, and Ava Venturelli all earned their second NFCA Scholar Athlete distinction while Riley Janda, Camryn Lookadoo, Taylor Monroe, Madison Pickens, and Jordan Williams were all first-time award winners.
To be selected as an NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete, a student-athlete must achieve a 3.5 or better cumulative GPA for the 2024-25 academic year only.
