Elez Named to Preseason ACC Rowing Watch List

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The University of Louisville's Donata Elez has been named to the 2025 Preseason ACC Rowing Watch List as announced by the league office today.

Elez, a freshman from Osijek, Croatia, joined the Cardinals in January. Prior to her arrival at Louisville, she was nominated for the 2024 Sportswoman of the Year in her hometown of Osijek, Croatia after helping Osijek Iktus Rowing Club to the 2024 overall rowing national championship.

The 2025 season officially gets underway with the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational, hosted by Louisville on March 15-16, in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The 2025 ACC Rowing Championship is scheduled for May 16-17 from Lake Hartwell on the campus of Clemson University.
