Fans can donate non-perishable food items and hygiene products on Thursday night
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville Men's Basketball encourages fans planning to attend Thursday night's game versus Jackson State to bring non-perishable food items and hygiene products to benefit the annual Kroger Food Drive for UofL students in need.
Collection bins will be staffed by volunteers and placed on the main plaza along with the 2nd and 3rd Street entrances.
Fans planning to bring items for donation should drop their bag(s) in collection bins before passing through security.
Thursday's collection is a part of multiple drives co-hosted by Louisville Athletics and Kroger this year. An additional food drive will be held at the Women's Basketball game on Wednesday, November 19 as they take on Morehead State.
