Otis and Peresypkina Advance to Quarterfinals in doubles

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- The University of Louisville women's tennis team saw the doubles pair of Alice Otis and Lika Peresypkina advance to the ITA Ohio Valley Regional Quarterfinals at the Goodfriend Tennis Center on the campus of the University of Tennessee.

Otis and Peresypkina won their first round by default after an injury to their opponent from Austin Peay. The pair then rolled 8-2 over Saskia Soome/Yontha Tadoum from Southeast Missouri State. The Louisville pair then fell to Vanderbilt's Mia Yamakita and Erin Pearce 8-6 in a tightly contested match.
