Women's Indoor Track & Field Places 21 on All-ACC Academic Team

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The University of Louisville women's track and field team placed 21 student-athletes on the All-ACC Indoor Track and Field Academic Teams, as announced by the league office on Tuesday.
Louisville saw a combined total of 37 student-athletes earn All-ACC Academic honors, trailing only Duke and Virginia within the ACC's 15 member schools.
Of the 21 student-athletes honored, 20 earned Red and Black scholar status for finishing the fall semester with a GPA of at least 3.25, including six who held a 4.0 GPA through the conclusion of the fall semester.
Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Indoor Track and Field Academic Team are a 3.0 grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. In addition, student-athletes must have competed in the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships and/or the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships during the most recent season.
