Cards Host Softball Grand Slam Social

Louisville Softball’s annual fundraiser slated for January 28 in the Hickman Camp Room at the KFC Yum! Center
The University of Louisville softball team will host the 2024 Grand Slam Social on January 28 at 12 p.m. in the Hickman Camp Room at the KFC Yum! Center.
The program fundraiser and season kickoff event will begin two hours prior to the Cardinals' nationally-ranked women's basketball team's ACC matchup against Pittsburgh which is slated to tip-off at 2 p.m.
This year's event will serve as an opportunity for fans to meet head coach Holly Aprile and the 2024 squad as they prepare for the upcoming season. The $30 admission fee includes a full buffet, player and coach meet-and-greet, poster, autographs, and a ticket to UofL's women's basketball game against the Panthers.

What's Included: Entry to Grand Slam Social and UofL WBB Game vs. Pittsburgh.
Entry: Fans will scan their women's basketball game ticket at the Main Street doors for entry into the arena and then check in with event staff in the lobby to gain access to the social. Tickets for the basketball game are mobile entry tickets and instructions will be emailed to you after purchasing on how to download and access your ticket.

Louisville Softball
The Cardinals posted a 36-20 overall record and a 16-7 ACC mark in the 2023 season. UofL's 16 ACC wins were also tied for the most in since joining the league in 2015. The Cardinals return 11 letterwinners from last year's squad including all-ACC selections Daisy Hess, Easton Lotus and Alyssa Zabala. Louisville also welcomes 11 newcomers including six freshmen and five transfers to the 2024 roster.
