LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville men's tennis team got wins from seniors Alex Wesbrooks and David Mizrahi on the final day of the Louisville Invitational Sunday at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center.

Sophomore Kyle Tang, who finished the tournament with a 3-1 singles record, picked up three straight wins to advance to the finals of the 'C' draw before falling 6-1, 7-6 to Purdue's Sebastian Welch in the championship match.

In their final matches of the weekend, Mizrahi topped Kentucky's Alexandre LeBlanc 6-3, 6-7, 10-6 and Wesbrooks beat the Wildcats' Jonathan Sorbo 2-6, 6-4, 11-9. Both players finished the weekend with a 3-1 singles mark.
"I thought this was a good tournament for us overall," said head coach Rodrigo da Silva. "I'm really proud of Kyle's performance throughout the weekend in getting to the finals and I was happy with how Alex and David battled in their matches today."
