Indoor Track and Field Schedule Released

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville men's and women's track and field head coach Dale Cowper has released the Cardinals' 2021 indoor schedule.

"We are genuinely excited to get started with our indoor season as most of our students have not been able to compete since last February," said Cowper. "Our focus will continue to be on the health and wellness of our student-athletes and staff while progressing toward championship events later in the season."Â

The Cardinals will open the indoor season January 15-16 at Kentucky's McCravy Invitational in Lexington. The following weekend, Louisville will travel to Blacksburg, Virginia., for the Hokie Invitational and will wrap up the month of January at the Notre Dame Invitational January 29-30.

The Cards will return to South Bend, Indiana on February 6 for the Meyo Invitational followed by a visit to Nashville for the Music City Challenge on February 12.

The 2021 Atlantic Coast Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships will be held February 25-27 in Clemson, South Carolina, with the NCAA Indoor Championships slated to take place March 11-13 in Fayetteville, Arkansas

"These squads have shown great resiliency throughout the fall preparation phase and we are all grateful for the administrative support our program continues to feel," said Cowper. "It's going to be exciting to watch this group progress throughout the winter."
The Cardinals' outdoor schedule will be released in the upcoming months.
