LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Cassady Greenwood is featured on the next player update from the University of Louisville softball program.

The sophomore catcher from Birmingham, Alabama, was in the midst of a breakout season when the 2020 campaign was halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After playing in 19 games with 15 starts, the left-handed batter led the team with a .386 batting average and a .460 on-base percentage. She stood second on the squad with eight multi-hit games and a .523 slugging percentage.

I loved the campus and the atmosphere that surrounded it. I also loved the support behind the athletic department in general and the support that the fans give our teams.
