WBB Introduces Mobile Ticketing as Primary Source of Entry
August 14, 2019 | Women's Basketball
The switch to all mobile tickets for women’s basketball is part of a multi-year plan that started in 2018 with baseball, men’s and women’s soccer, and volleyball.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Louisville Athletics is excited to introduce mobile ticketing as the primary source of entry for all Louisville Women's Basketball home games. The transition to mobile ticketing allows fans to scan a unique barcode on any smartphone to gain entry into home events.
The switch to all mobile tickets for women's basketball is part of a multi-year plan that started in 2018 with baseball, men's and women's soccer, and volleyball. All University of Louisville sporting events will be completely mobile by 2020 with men's basketball and football set to make the switch next season.
Â
Louisville athletics continuously strives to implement technological advances to provide our fans with a ticketing experience that is convenient, safe and secure. The move to a fully mobile ticketing system will help improve the overall fan experience and provide several other benefits.
Â
With the change to mobile ticketing, season tickets WILL NOT be mailed this year. Once the full women's basketball schedule is released in September, season tickets will be uploaded to the My Cardinal Account for fans to manage. For fans that have purchased an Arena or Galt House parking, those parking passes will still be mailed.
Â
Women's basketball season ticket holders and single-game buyers can access their tickets by downloading the official CardsMobile App, which is available for free on both Apple and Android devices.
Â
Easy step-by-step instructions and tutorials are available at GoCards.com/tickethub. You may also contact the Athletics Ticket Office at (502) 852-5151 or tickets@gocards.com and our staff will gladly assist you through the process.
Â
Reserved Season Tickets are available for just $135 for adults, $105 for seniors (55-and-over) and $75 for those 18 and younger.
Â
Fans can also purchase a CardsPass for $75. CardsPass is our flexible season ticketing program that guarantees a seat to all 2019-20 Louisville women's basketball regular season home games. CardsPass holders will receive best availability on a game-by-game basis, however, seat locations will vary each game.
 Â
