Ashley Osborne Named Miss Kentucky Lacrosse

Osborne helped Ballard reach the semifinals of the state tournament.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. -Â University of Louisville women's lacrosse signee Ashley Osborne has been named Miss Lacrosse by the Kentucky Scholastic Lacrosse League.
Osborne, a senior defensive midfielder at Ballard, helped the Bruins reach the semifinals of the state tournament before falling to Eastern 12-3.
"Ashley is one of the best defensive midfielders to ever come out of the state of Kentucky," said head coach Scott Teeter. "We're really excited to keep our local talent close to home. I'm anxious to watch her grow and develop throughout her career."
She had 78 goals, seven assists and 37 ground balls during her senior season. She concluded her four-year career at Ballard with 174 goals and 99 ground balls.
A season ago, she was named 2018 Kentucky Midfielder of the Year, 2018 First Team All-State and 2018 All-Metro Tournament Team.
