Louisville, ranked 24th in the NCAA's NET rankings, plays its final game of the regular season as the Cardinals face the Virginia Cavaliers for the second time in four games on Saturday in Charlottesville, Va.
In its home finale, Louisville beat Notre Dame 75-61 on March 3 as two Cardinals produced
double-doubles in Jordan Nwora with 20 points and 11 rebounds, and Malik Williams, with 16 points and a career-high matching 13 rebounds. VJ King added a career-high 10 rebounds and six points.
The Cardinals (19-11, 10-7 ACC) are very balanced on the offensive end, with four players averaging over eight points. Sophomore Jordan Nwora leads the Cardinals in in scoring and rebounding with 17.2 points and 7.7 rebounds per game. Dwayne Sutton ranks second on the team in scoring with 10.2 points along with 6.9 rebounds per game. Christen Cunningham is third on the team in scoring with 10.1 points and leads the team with 144 assists on the year. Steven Enoch averages 9.2 points per game along with 5.0 rebounds per game.
Ranked second nationally in both the AP and USA Today polls, Virginia (27-2, 15-2 ACC), which has lost only to Duke twice, has won 11 of its last 12 games, including a 79-53 victory at Syracuse in its last game on March 4. Virginia made 18-of-25 three-pointers in the game (.720), including 8-of-10 threes by Kyle Guy who scored 25 points to lead the Cavaliers.
Virginia leads the nation in scoring defense (54.1) and three-point field goal percentage defense (.269), and the Cavaliers are second nationally scoring margin (+18.0), third in fewest turnovers per game (9.2) and field goal percentage defense (.373) and fourth in three-point field goal percentage (.414).
Louisville trails Virginia 4-14 in its series, dropping the last eight matchups. Virginia won 64-52 in Louisville last month in the last meeting between the schools (2-23-19) as Jordan Nwora scored 17 points to lead the Cardinals, who led 37-27 at halftime.

- Louisville has limited an opponent to under 40 percent accuracy for a half on 29 occasions, including the first half vs. Notre Dame. UofL is 17th in the nation in adjusted defensive efficiency.
- UofL has scored 80 or more points in 13 games (74.9 ppg) and the Cardinals are 36th in the nation in adjusted offensive efficiency by Kenpom. UofL is fifth in the ACC in scoring offense for conference games (72.1 ppg).
