NC State defeated Louisville 52-10 on Saturday afternoon at Cardinal Stadium.
- Louisville holds a 6-3 advantage in the series, including a 4-1 lead at home.
Louisville won the toss and deferred its choice until the second half. NC State received the opening kick.

Malik Cunningham rushed for 100 yards on eight carries becoming just the second quarterback in Louisville history to run for at least 100 yards in a single game twice.
- Lamar Jackson had 23 games with at least 100 yards rushing.
Cunningham's 408 yards rushing this season ranks fourth among Louisville quarterbacks for a single season and seventh on the career list.
- Lamar Jackson holds the top three spots on the single-season list with 1601 yards in 2017, 1571 yards in 2016 and and 960 yards in 2015.
With his field goal and extra point on Saturday, Blanton Creque moved into sixth place on Louisville's career scoring list with 249 points.
- Creque moved past Michael Bush, who scored 248 points from 2003-06.
Running back Jeremy Smith had career highs in rushing attempts (10) and rushing yards (74) on Saturday.
Tabarius Peterson led the Cardinals with eight tackles, just one shy of his career high total.
