• Friday's game marked the first ever meeting between Louisville and Vermont on the hardwood.

• Chris Mack becomes the fourth UofL head coach to begin his career with the Cardinals with a 3-0 record joining C.V. Money (1932-33), Peck Hickman (1944-45), and David Padgett (2017-18).

• Darius Perry matched a career high with his 17 points equaling the total achieved against George Mason on Nov. 12, 2017.

o Friday's game marked the third double-figure scoring performance in as many outings this season for Perry and the fifth overall in his career.
• V.J. King reached double-figures in scoring for the second time in three games this season as the junior finished with a season-high 14 points overall.
