Men's Tennis Wraps Up Play at ITA Ohio Valley Regional

Clement Filho picks up a win in singles
The University of Louisville men's tennis team wrapped up play at the ITA Ohio Valley Regional Championship Saturday afternoon.
In singles, junior Clement Filho defeated Wright State's Lorenzo Maccarrin 6-4, 6-0 to earn his second win in as many days. The duo of Filho and freshman Alex Wesbrooks fell 8-6 to Tennessee's Andrew Rogers.
"Doubles was a good learning experience this morning," said UofL assistant coach Jakob Gustafsson. "Alex and Clement had moments of great doubles, but weren't able to bring it early enough in the match. If we can build on this performance it will turn into a great year. It was great to see Clement finish on a high note. He is starting to play some really good tennis."
