
Myisha Hines-Allen Named CSM National and ACC Player of the Week

Hines-Allen tied a career-high with 31 points in the win over Notre Dame.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville women's basketball senior forward Myisha Hines-Allen has been named College Sports Madness National Player of the Week and ACC Player of the Week after scoring 31 points and pulling down 12 rebounds in the 100-67 win over No. 2 Notre Dame last Thursday.

Her 31 points tied a career-high and she shot an impressive 15-of-20 from the floor, which set a career-high for field goals made in a game. She also recorded 12 rebounds, which marked her seventh double-double of the season and the 36th of her career, which ranks second in school history. She has double-doubles in three of her last four games.Â
She averages 14.3 points per game, which ranks second on the team and 15th in the ACC, and 9.8 rebounds, which leads the ACC and ranks 33rd in the country. She also leads the ACC with 6.7 defensive rebounds per game.
She has scored in double figures in seven of her last eight games and 14 times this season.
Louisville returns to action on Thursday night when they travel to face Pittsburgh.
