Men's Tennis Opens Fall Season at Greater Cincinnati Invitational

Sean Donohue, Michael Quang, Ciro Lampasas and Clement Filho will begin singles play Friday
The University of Louisville men's tennis team will open the fall season this weekend at the Greater Cincinnati Invitational which will be held Friday and Saturday at the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason, Ohio. The tournament field includes players from Belmont, Butler, Case Western, Dayton, Duquesne, Eastern Kentucky, Northern Kentucky, Wright State and Xavier.
"We are excited about starting our fall semester at the ATP Western Southern Pro tournament facility," said UofL head coach Rex Ecarma. "These guys have been training extremely hard. Sean and Michael want to use their experience to have a good showing and Ciro and Clement want to win their first career matches for Louisville so they are all motivated."
Senior Sean Donohue (Louisville, Ky.), sophomore Michael Quang (Forest Hills, Md.), junior transfer Ciro Lampasas (Houston, Texas) and freshman Clement Filho (Paris, France) will begin singles play Friday morning at 11 a.m.
