Louisville will make another appearance on ESPN's Big Monday in consecutive weeks as the Cardinals visit the Duke Blue Devils in Durham, N.C. The Cardinals will wear special black retro uniforms designed with elements from 1980s UofL teams. Louisville won for the fifth time in six games in beating Boston College 79-47 on Feb. 6 as the Cardinals moved into a tie for the ACC lead.

The Cardinals are led by three players averaging double figures, Damion Lee leads the trio of top scorers with 17.0 points per game. Trey Lewis ranks second on the team in scoring with 12.3 per game. Chinanu Onuaku leads the team in rebounding with 8.8 per game while averaging 10.1 points per game.
 Quentin Snider also leads the team in assists with 3.7 per game while averaging 9.6 points.Â

Through Feb. 6, Duke is fifth nationally in scoring (84.8), 10th in fewest turnovers (10.0), 17th in scoring margin (+13.3) and 23rd in three-point field goal percentage (.391). Duke is 23rd in the RPI and 12th in the Sagarin Ratings through Feb. 6.

- Â UofL Coach Rick Pitino will coach his 1,000th game when the Cardinals face Duke on Feb. 8. Pitino has a 741-258 record in 31 seasons.
- Louisville is seeking its 14th straight 20-win season. The Cardinals are one of four schools to have won 20 or more games each of the past 13 seasons.
- Louisville's academic performance in the 2015 fall semester was impressive, with 13 of 15 men's basketball student-athletes achieving a 3.0 or better grade point average. The Cardinals posted a collective 3.36 GPA for the 2015 fall semester, just short of the team record of 3.47 achieved in 2013.
- Chinanu Onuaku and LSU's Ben Simmons are the only two players in Power 5 conferences with seven double-doubles in league play. He had eight points and 13 rebounds vs. Boston College on Saturday.

- Damion Lee posted his seventh 20-point game of the season against North Carolina with 24 points, five rebounds and 4-of-7 shooting on three-pointers. He passed the 1,900 mark for career scoring against North Carolina. He missed the Cards' last game with a bruised knee.
