- It was Jackson's fourth game this season and seventh of his career with over 150 yards on the ground, ranking second behind Howard Stevens on the season and career lists.
- Jackson achieved the 12th 100-yard rushing game of his career, tying him with Howard Stevens for second most at Louisville.
- Jackson set Louisville record for total yards in a season, with 4,232. Teddy Bridgewater previously held the record with 4,048 yards in 2013.
- Jackson's 2-yard touchdown pass is his 27th of the year, tying him with Teddy Bridgewater and Dave Ragone for fifth most in a season at UofL.
- Jackson has 39 career passing touchdowns, putting him into sixth on the school's charts.

- Ronald Walker's interception gives the Cardinals a pick in seven-straight contests. His 31-yard interception return for a touchdown is the first pick six since Trumaine Washington's 39-yard interception for a touchdown against Syracuse in 2015.
