Richardson Selected to Biletnikoff Award Watch List

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville wide receiver Tre Richardson was named to the preseason watch list for the 2026 Biletnikoff Award announced by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club (TQC) Foundation, Inc.
Richardson was one of 45 players nationally selected to the watch list for the award that recognizes the top receiver in college football.
The Vanderbilt transfer had previously been named to the watch list for the Paul Hornung Award.
Richardson finished with 46 receptions for 806 yards and seven touchdowns last year for the Commodores. His seven touchdowns and 17.5 yards per catch were tied for fifth-best in the SEC.
The Topeka, Kan., native blossomed over the final four games of the season last fall, combining for 21 receptions for 485 yards and six touchdowns during that span.
The Biletnikoff Award's semifinalists, three finalists, and award recipient are selected by the highly distinguished Biletnikoff Award National Selection Committee, a group of 625 prominent college football journalists, commentators, announcers, Biletnikoff Award winners, and other former receivers.
