LOUISVILLE, Ky.- University of Louisville senior tight end Gerald Christian talks about why he chose to transfer to the Cardinals and the reason he is excited to be a key part of head coach Bobby Petrino's offense.
Last season, Christian totaled 28 receptions for 428 yards and four touchdowns in his first season. Starting 11 games, Christian averaged a solid 15.2 yards per catch, including a 69-yard reception in a 34-3 win at South Florida.
The native of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., is considered one of the nation's best tight ends and is expected to flourish in Petrino's wide-open offense.
