LOUISVILLE, Ky. - University of Louisville football head coach Bobby Petrino begins bolstering his team for ACC competition on Wednesday morning when he adds to the Cardinals' roster on National Signing Day.

Petrino, who took over the program on Jan. 9, is announcing his first Louisville class since 2006. One of the best offensive minds in the game, he guided Louisville to a 41-9 record in four seasons along with the school's first BCS victory.

Fans are encouraged to follow signing coverage all day long on GoCards.com/NSD and on the football team's Twitter handle (@UofLFootball). Petrino will announce his class to the media at a press conference at 4:30 p.m. ET.

Louisville, which compiled a 12-1 record in 2013, is coming off its fourth-consecutive bowl appearance in which it defeated future ACC opponent Miami (Fla.) 36-9 in the Russell Athletic Bowl.

Following the signing day press conference, the football program is hosting a National Signing Day Party in Papa John's Cardinal Stadium's Brown and Williamson Club at 5:30 p.m. Admission to the event is free and open to the public. Doors will open at 5 p.m. and concessions will be available for the general public.

Cameron Polk is one of three players to enroll at Louisville in January and is one of two signees from the state of Indiana. Polk, one of the first players to commit to Louisville in June, was rated as the 10th-best player in the state of Indiana by 247Sports and the 127th-best wide receiver in the country. He was ranked by Scout.com as a three-star recruit and is slotted as the No. 67 wide receiver in the nation. A top-10 prospect in Indiana by Scout.com, Polk was rated by Rivals.com as a three-year wide receiver and the 95th-best player at his position. The Hamilton Southeastern High product was selected to the Indiana Top 20 team by Rivals. During the year, he had a standout performance in totaling six receptions for 156 yards and one touchdown versus McCutcheon to earn Varsity Football Offensive Player of the Game accolades. Polk caught 18 passes for 295 yards and two touchdowns during his senior season, a year after he recorded a career-best 31 receptions for 762 yards and seven touchdowns as a junior. Polk, who averaged 24.7 yards per catch during that year, chose Louisville over Indiana and Kentucky. (top)

Running back L.J. Scott is one of three players to enroll at Louisville in January. Scott is one of four recruiting class from the state of Ohio and is the only running back to sign in Louisville's 2014 class. He is considered one of the top-rated prospects in the state of Ohio, earning a three-star ranking by Rivals.com, while being selected as the 47th-best player in the country at the running back position. The Rivals Postseason Top 100 list has him at No. 32. Scott is ranked as a three-star performer and the No. 46 running back by Scout.com. ESPN.com has Scott as the No. 45 player in the state of Ohio. He received special mention on the 2013 Associated Press Division II All-Ohio Team after rushing for more than 1,000 yards during his senior season. He scampered 83 yards for a touchdown against Delaware and also posted touchdown runs of 24, 15, and 35 in a game versus Howland. He concluded his career with over 2,500 yards during his scholastic career. Impressively, he was featured on the SportsCenter Top 10 plays last September for his 50-yard run. Scott, named the Big 22 Player of the Year, won the September 2013 Fahey Bank Athlete of the Month award for the second time for his outstanding play as a tailback. Scott set a Harding school record for total yards per game with 383 in one game. A multi-sport talent, he won districts in the high jump and 4x100 relay for Marion Harding. He ran a personal best of 12.36 in the 100-meter at Greater Buckeye Conference Championship, placing 12th. His personal best of 5-10 in the high jump at the Greater Buckeye Conference Championship helped him place fourth overall, while is 16-7.5 in the long jump at the meet was good enough for ninth. He posted a personal best of 40-5 in the shot put at the Sandusky Dual Meet, placing 4th. He chose Louisville over Michigan State, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Kent State, and Indiana. (top)

Highly-rated defensive end Trevon Young is the third of the early enrollees in the Louisville signing class. Young is rated a three-star prospect by Rivals.com, 247Sports.com, and ESPN.com, and a four-star prospect by Scout.com. He is rated the No. 4 defensive end by 247 Sports.com and No. 14 by ESPN.com. Young attended Lincoln High in Des Moines, Iowa before playing one season at Iowa Western Community College. He tallied 44 tackles and 13.5 sacks in 2013 with Iowa Western, including 22 tackles for a loss. He played a pivotal part on the NJCAA national championship team that compiled an overall 11-1 record. He was named to the MFC first team defensive line. A second team All-American, Young received offers from Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Iowa State, Ole Miss, and Western Michigan. (top)

Javonte Bagley • WR • 6-3 • 180 • Vero Beach, Fla./Vero Beach

A tall and speedy wide receiver, Javonte Bagley fits head coach Bobby Petrino's offense after running the spread offense for Lenny Jankowski at Vero Beach High. He was one of the last prospects to commit to the Cardinals, giving head coach Bobby Petrino another talented wide out. Bagley is the fifth wide receiver to sign with the Cardinals after producing 59 receptions for 999 yards and 13 touchdowns in his two seasons as a starter. A 6-foot-3, 180-pound wideout, Bagley is ranked No. 6 in the Scripps Super 11 after he finished his senior season with 30 catches for 449 yards (15.0 yards per catch) and six touchdowns in 11 games. Bagley's most productive season came his junior year, recording a career-best 39 receptions for 550 yards and seven scores. Bagley only played two years of organized football at Vero Beach. An outstanding two-port athlete, Bagley played on 2011-12 Vero Beach basketball team that reached Class 8A Final Four. Bagley chose Louisville over offers from Kentucky, Marshall, Florida Atlantic, South Florida, FIU, and Bowling Green. (top)

Reggie Bonnafon • QB • 6-3 • 205 • Louisville, Ky./Trinity

A dual-threat quarterback, Reggie Bonnafon is the lone in-state recruit in Louisville's 2014 signing class. After playing just one season as a quarterback for head coach Bob Beatty at Trinity High, Bonnafon was a highly recruited player from the state of Kentucky. A 6-foot-1 signal caller, Bonnafon was the first commitment for UofL. Rated a four-star quarterback and the 22nd-best quarterback by Scout.com, Bonnafon was nominated to play in the U.S. Army American Bowl after a successful season at Trinity. Named an honorable mention on the Associated Press All-State squad, Bonnafon was tabbed one of the top 50 players in the state of Kentucky by the Courier-Journal. The Louisville native played in a system at Trinity that is "very similar" to what head coach Petrino will run at U of L. As a senior last season, Bonnafon threw for 2,606 yards and 16 touchdowns, completing a solid 63.1 percent of his passes. Bonnafon was careful with the football, tossing only eight interceptions in 306 attempts. From the quarterback position, he ended the year second on the team in rushing with 895 yards and 18 touchdowns, while accounting for 34 total touchdowns. He led the team in scoring with 108 points. In his first scholastic start at quarterback, Bonnafon finished the game 16-of-24 for 215 yards and a touchdown in a home loss to Ensworth. He ended the game against Carmel by going 18 for 23 passing for 283 yards and two touchdowns and added another 62 yards on 15 carries for an additional two scores on the ground. He accounted for 376 yards and five touchdowns in a win over Manual, also passing for a career-high 263 yards. Bonnafon rushed 20 times for 166 yards and three scores in a 35-30 win over Cathedral. Despite only one season at QB, he shined at both the Ohio Nike Camp and the Elite 11 regional. He spent the vast majority of his junior season at Trinity playing wide receiver. His best game was an 11-reception performance for 173 yards and three touchdowns in a 45-42 loss to Cincinnati Moeller. Danny Burns • OL • 6-6 • 339 • Hamilton, Ohio/Fairfield

A mammoth specimen, Danny Burns is the fourth recruit from the Buckeye state to ink with the Cardinals. Playing for Jason Krause at Fairfield Freshman High, Burns was considered a big, physical offensive lineman who can move people off the football. Burns, who committed to Louisville in late August, was rated as a three-star prospect by Scout.com and tabbed as the 43rd-best prospect at his position. Burns was also rated a three-star prospect by Rivals.com and the No. 36 offensive tackle in the country. He was selected to the Rivals.com Top 80 Postseason list and was rated by Rivals as the No. 21 player in the state of Ohio. With his size and athletic ability, Burns translates to a tackle at the collegiate level. He was rated as the 71st-best offensive lineman by 247 Sports and the 47th-best player in the state of Ohio. After his senior season, Burns was tabbed a member of the Southwest Ohio Super 25 on offense after finishing the season 9-2 after a first-round playoff loss to Pickerington North. He attended Ohio State's summer camp and picked Louisville over Maryland, Michigan State, Nebraska, Pittsburgh, and West Virginia. He is the son of Holly Burns. (top)

Zykiesis Cannon • CB • 6-0 • 183 • Mauldin, S.C./Carolina Academy

Zykiesis Cannon is the lone prospect from the state of South Carolina and is rated a three-star recruit by Rivals.com and a two-star prospect by Scout.com. Cannon is one of two safety signees after an outstanding career at Carolina High, playing for Reuben Wright. A superior athlete who has excellent ball skills, Cannon has shown a knack for making big plays. During his junior scholastic season, Cannon was a two-way performer, tallying 60 receptions for 1,107 yards and 18 touchdowns as a wide receiver, while tallying 108 tackles (89 solo/19 assists) and eight interceptions, four of which that were returned for touchdowns. He also forced a team-best three fumbles. He led the state of South Carolina in touchdowns scored and interceptions. For his outstanding season, Cannon was a Division 1-AA All-State selection. As a sophomore, Cannon rushed for over 700 yards, scored eight touchdowns, and threw a touchdown pass. On defense, he averaged 4.5 tackles per game, tallied five pass break-ups, and registered a pair of forced fumbles. He was an all-region selection and was also won the Coaches for Character Award. He impressed numerous collegiate coaches with his performance at the Nike Combine in Charlotte, N.C. Cannon selected the Cardinals over offers from Boston College, East Carolina, Georgia Tech, North Carolina, NC State, and Charlotte. He is the son of Mazeo Bennett and Zaneta Cannon. (top)

Micky Crum • TE • 6-4 • 250 • Columbus, Ohio/Hamilton Township

A three-year starter at Hamilton Township High, Micky Crum was a talented two-way performer as a tight end and defensive tackle. Rated a three-star prospect by Scout.com, 247Sports.com, Rivals.com, and ESPN.com, Crum was a three-time all-league performer for head coach Nate Hillerich. Crum was also rated as the No. 58 prospect in Ohio by Rivals.com and ranked by ESPN.com as the No. 80 prospect in Ohio and No. 27 tight end. In guiding Hamilton to a 7-3 record last season, Crum was named the Most Valuable Player of the Mid-State League. Overall, he was rated as the No. 65 player in Ohio, while being ranked as a tight end 50th by 247Sports.com and 77th by Scout.com. Crum recorded 600 yards receiving and nine touchdowns at tight end. On defense his senior season, Crum tallied 78 total tackles and a team-high 16 sacks, leading Hamilton Township to a 2013 Mid-State League championship. He also returned an interception for a touchdown. For his efforts on defense, Crum was awarded first team all-state accolades and was also selected as the team's captain. He rushed for 168 yards and three touchdowns during his final season. The 6-foot-4, 212-pounder was a two-time all-district performer. On the wrestling team, Crum was a three-time state qualifier. Crum also received offers from Illinois, Bowling Green, Ohio, and Western Michigan. He is the son of Micky and Melissa Crum. (top)

D'Eric Culver • CB • 6-0 • 180 • Tallahassee, Fla./Godby

De'Eric Culver is one of six signees from the Sunshine State and the first from Tallahassee. Culver was consistently rated a three-star prospect by Scout.com, 247Sports.com, Rivals.com, and ESPN.com. A talented cornerback, Culver was ranked No. 82 in the state of Florida by 247Sports.com and No. 63 by Rivals.com. He was also rated the No. 40 cornerback by ESPN.com and Rivals.com and the No. 38 cornerback by 247Sports.com. In a productive junior season, Culver totaled 54 tackles along with three sacks from his cornerback position. As a senior, Culver finished with 51 tackles, including one for a loss. He was named defensive player of the game and overall player of the game on Oct. 11, 2013, for his performance again Trinity Christian. Recruited by UofL's Kolby Smith, Culver was named overall player of the game the following week against Chiles. A two-sport standout, Culver also played one season of basketball for Godby. Including his offer from Louisville, Culver received offers from California, Kentucky, Minnesota, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, and South Carolina. He is the son Bridget Jackson. (top)

Kelby Johnson • OL • 6-7 • 299 • Bowie, Md./ASA College

Kelby Johnson played one season at ASA College for Dennis Orlando, where he was a junior college all-conference selection for the Avengers, who ended the year at 9-1. A massive specimen with outstanding athletic ability, Johnson spent two years at Virginia. A 2012 redshirt for the Cavaliers, Johnson was one of 12 true freshmen to appear in games, seeing action in four games that season. Johnson signed at Virginia after playing scholastically as an offensive tackle at DeMatha Catholic High. An outstanding athlete, Johnson was ranked the No. 113 offensive tackle in the nation by Scout.com and was rated the No. 16 prospect in Maryland by Rivals.com. Johnson received a scout's score of 75 from ESPN.com and was ranked the No. 128 offensive tackle in nation by ESPN.com. Johnson received multiple three-star ratings by Scout.com, Rivals.com, and ESPN.com. He was named to the Gazette All-County second-team as a senior and was tabbed to ESPN RISE second-team All-Big School for Maryland. A first team All-Gameday selection, Johnson earned 2010 Maryland "Big School" first-team all-state honors his senior year and was selected to play in the 2010 Crab Bowl, honoring the top high school players in the Maryland and Metro area. As one of the top offensive tackles in the state, Johnson helped head coach Bill McGregor's Stags to an impressive 9-3 record and advanced to the WCAC title game during his senior season. He also played varsity basketball during his freshman and sophomore years before focusing on football. Johnson chose Louisville over interest from Kansas, USF, Connecticut, East Carolina, Kentucky, and Mississippi. (top)

Michael Johnson • S • 6-3 • 200 • Miami Gardens, Fla./Champagnat Catholic

Michael Johnson continues a long tradition of Florida athletes choosing Louisville for their collegiate career. Johnson is the sixth player from this class to sign at Louisville from the state of Florida. Johnson is former teammates with current U of L freshman safety Chucky Williams and knows several other players from south Florida on the roster. According to 247sports, Johnson, who played for head coach Mike Tunsil, is the No. 34 defensive back in the nation and No. 52 player in the state of Florida. A three-star prospect by Scout.com, Johnson is rated as the No. 83 top prospect at his position. Johnson, a member of the Top Florida 100, led his team to help knock off Lakeland (Fla.) Victory Christian 14-7 in the Florida Class 2-A state title game at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando. He helped the Champagnat defense hold Victory Christian to just 193 total yards. Champagnat jumped to a 14-0 lead and then held on as Victory charged in the end. The 6-foot-3, 190-pound Johnson helped the Lions to a 14-0 record and the school's first state title. A two-way performer, Johnson finished his junior season with 99 tackles, seven forced fumbles, and one interception, while recording 10 catches on offense. Johnson had big-time offers before choosing the Cardinals. He picked up scholarship offers from LSU, Nebraska, Pittsburgh, Central Florida, and West Virginia. He is the son of Lekeisha Johnson. Sharieff Rhaheed-Muhammad • LB • 6-3 • 215 • Fort Pierce, Fla./Fort Pierce Central

Another talented Sunshine State prospect, Sharieff Rhaheed-Muhammad is a big-time prospect that gives the Cardinals another playmaker as the defense looks to play more of a 3-4 defense under defensive coordinator Todd Grantham. An original committment to LSU, Rhaheed-Muhammad is ranked among the top 40 outside linebackers by Scout.com and is rated as the No. 58 overall prospect in the state of Florida. Rhaheed-Muhammad was rated No. 2 in the Scripps Super 11. He was first-team on the 2011 and 2012 Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers All-Area team. As a senior last season, Rhaheed-Muhammad recorded 33 tackles (4 solo, 29 assisted), 8 tackles for loss, two sacks, and one interception in six games, as an injured wrist slowed him down last year. For his career, Rhaheed-Muhammad was credited with 158 tackles (50 solo, 107 assisted), 22 tackles for loss, 17 sacks, two fumbles recovered, and one interception in 25 career games. Rhaheed-Muhammad's older brother Inuka Rhaheed-Muhammad plays defensive tackle at New Mexico State. Rhaheed-Muhammad chose Louisville over offers from Arkansas, Michigan State, Mississippi, Alabama, Cincinnati, Georgia Tech, Missouri, Nebraska, NC State, Penn State, Rutgers, USF, Tennessee, UCF, and USC. Isaac Stewart • LB • 6-2 • 240 • Charlotte, N.C./Butler

Rated a three-star prospect by Scout.com, 247Sports.com, Rivals.com and ESPN.com, Isaac Stewart is rated as the No. 28 prospect in North Carolina by 247Sports.com and the No. 29 prospect by ESPN.com. The Butler High product is ranked as the No. 28 inside linebacker by ESPN.com and the No. 38 inside linebacker by 247Sports.com. He directed his team to four consecutive SW4A Conference football championships from 2010-13. He also played a part in the 2010 and 2012 class 4AA state championship teams coached by Brian Hales. Stewart finished his junior season with 115 tackles and six sacks. The next year, his senior season, he finished with a team-high 125 tackles. Stewart was picked to the 2013 All-South West 4A team. He participated in the 2014 Carolinas Shrine Bowl all-star game. Stewart chose Louisville over offers from Appalachian State, Charlotte, Kent State, Kentucky, Marshall, Mississippi State, Missouri, North Carolina, NC State, Purdue, Toledo, and UNC Charlotte. Henry Famurewa • OLB • 6-2 • 232 • Powder Springs, Ga./McEachern

Henry Famurewa comes from the state of Georgia after a solid career at McEachern High under head coach Kyle Hockman. A native of Powder Springs, Ga., Famurewa's strength is his speed off the edge and his ability to disrupt the opposition's offense. Rated a three-star prospect by Rivals.com, Scout.com, 247Sports.com, and ESPN.com, Famurewa was a first team all-state selection after playing both defensive end and outside linebacker. Ranked No. 49 in Georgia by ESPN.com, No. 67 by Rivals.com, and No. 86 by 247Sports.com, Famurewa earned all-county accolades and was a two-year starter. Famurewa was rated the No. 45 defensive end by 247Sports.com, No. 48 by ESPN.com, and No. 75 by Scout.com. As a senior last season, Famurewa dominated on the defensive side of the football, recording 135 tackles, 17.5 sacks and 34.0 tackles for loss. He also returned a fumble for a touchdown and forced a fumble from his defensive end position. Famurewa, who guided his team to a 12-2 record last year and a loss in the state semifinals, also had a solid junior season, recording 90 tackles, including 20 for a loss, and 10 sacks. Charles Standberry can play both tight end and wide receiver. A native of Montgomery, Ala., Standberry is the lone signee from the state of Alabama. At 6-foot-4, Standberry is ranked as the No. 61 tight end prospect in the nation and is a three-star prospect by Scout.com. Standberry's commitment gives U of L more depth at the tight end position, with just two scholarship players on the current roster at that position, including senior Gerald Christian. As a senior at Carver Senior High, Standberry finished his final scholastic season with 45 catches for 665 yards and nine touchdowns. A former Mississippi commit, Standberry also collected offers from Boise State, Kentucky, Mississippi State, and Southern Miss. (top)

Jimmie Terry • OL • 6-4 • 350 • Madison, Miss./Madison Central

Jimmie Terry is the fifth offensive lineman to ink with the Cardinals and the largest player to sign with the Cardinals. At 6-foot-4 and 350 pounds, Terry is considered to move extremely well for his size. He is clearly the top lineman for Mississippi and was recently selected to play in the Mississippi/Alabama All-Star Game. He was considered one of the top 45 prospects in the state of Mississippi and one of the Fanatastic 15. A native of Madison, Miss., Terry played right guard for head coach Bobby Hall at Madison Central High School. Terry recorded a team-high 39 pancake blocks as a senior from his guard position. He started all 13 games for Madison, who went 9-4 and won district 6A championship. For his outstanding season, Terry was awarded second-team all-state honors by the Clarion Ledger. He also was a first team all-region selection and was the region's Most Valuable Offensive Linemen. He was voted a first team all-state selection by the Mississippi Coaches Association. As a member of the powerlifting team, Terry won the 6A Super Heavywight Divsion in the 6A region and has been timed in the 40-yard dash at 5.1 according to the coaching staff. Terry chose Louisville over interest from LSU, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and Mississippi State. (top)

Trumaine Washington • CB • 5-10 • 180 • Miami, Fla./Killian

A three-star cornerback, Trumaine Washington committed to the University of Louisville on Feb. 1. Washington is one of six recruits from the state of Florida and continues the pipeline from Miami to Louisville. The cornerback is considered to have great feet, loose hips, and very good ball skills. He's very aggressive in coverage, and is just a natural football player. Washington has great ball skills and understands how to play the football in the air. Washington shut down at least five big-time wide receivers in south Florida, including holding Scout.com's No. 3 wide receiver Ermon Lane to zero receptions and also getting an interception in that game. Washington was committed to Akron but had narrowed his choices to U of L and Syracuse after getting those major offers this month. Washington, a 5-foot-10, 180-pound player for Killian High, is rated the No. 102 cornerback nationally and the No. 165 prospect in Florida by 247Sports.com. He guided Killian to an 11-2 overall record before falling in the state playoffs to Miramar. As a senior, Washington had four interceptions and totaled nine for his career, while also returning two punts for touchdowns during his senior campaign. He totaled 50 tackles and was an all-state and all-country selection. (top)

Cornelius Sturghill • WR • 5-11 • 180 • Memphis, Tenn./Melrose

The fifth wide receiver to sign with the Cardinals and a former Wisconsin commit, Cornelius Sturghill is the lone signee from the state Tennessee in Louisville's 2014 signing class. Known for his athletic ability and ball skills, Sturghill is a three-star prospect by Rivals.com and Scout.com. A Melrose High graduate, Sturghill was an all-district and all-state player at wide receiver and safety. Rated as a three-star athlete by 247 Sports and the 14th-best athlete in the state, Sturghill had a monster senior season, recording 51 receptions for 961 yards and 16 touchdowns. A talented and productive quarterback, Tyler Ferguson is transferring to Louisville after one season at Penn State and has two years of eligibility remaining. Ferguson appeared in five games with the Nittany Lions, going 10-of-15 for 155 yards and one touchdown. Ferguson also played at the College of the Sequoias in 2012. One of the nation's premier junior college quarterbacks last year, Ferguson made substantial progress during winter conditioning and the 15 spring practices. In his first competition in Beaver Stadium, Ferguson was 9-of-15 for 90 yards and two scores in the Blue-White game. During the 2012 season, Ferguson broke the school season records with 2,614 passing yards and 199 completions at College of the Sequoias. He completed 55 percent of his passes (358 attempts) and threw for 22 touchdowns in 10 games. Ferguson ranked second in the California Community College Athletic Association Valley Division in passing yards per game (261.4) and was third in the Valley Division in yards (2,614) and completions (199). Ferguson threw for multiple touchdowns in six games, topped by a 481-yard (28-of-40), six-touchdown performance in a win over West Hills Coalinga. He threw for 354 yards (26-of-45) and four scores in a 47-43 loss at Modesto. ESPN rated him the nation's No. 3 junior college quarterback following the 2012 season. Ferguson threw for 1,275 yards and 10 touchdowns during an injury-shortened senior season at Ridgeview High, which competes in the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Central Section's Division III. He fueled a 6-0 start during his senior season in 2011 before suffering a broken collarbone. He was able to return six weeks later and played in a portion of a playoff win over Madera South, going 5-of-5 for 76 yards. Ferguson averaged 182.1 passing yards per game as a senior, completing 64 percent of his passes, with a long completion of 62 yards. A team captain and two-year starter, Ferguson led the team in every passing category during his junior season, throwing for 1,338 yards and eight touchdowns. Terry Ramsey, a defensive end from Clayton, Ohio, is a three-star prospect by Rivals.com, Scout.com, 247Sports.com, and ESPN.com. The Northmont High talent is ranked No. 27 in Ohio by ESPN.com and the No. 37 player in the state of Ohio by 247Sports.com and Rivals.com. At his position of defensive end, his ratings include No. 27 by 247Sports.com, No. 30 by Rivals.com, and No. 55 by ESPN.com. As a junior, he totaled 44 tackles, two sacks, and two forced fumbles, before registering 50 tackles with 4.5 sacks in his senior season. He was named first team all-conference and all-division for the Greater Western Ohio Conference as a senior. An extremely talented offensive lineman for head coach Bobby Petrino, Lukayus McNeil was a great signee for the Cardinals late in the recruiting process. A decorated two-way performer at Decatur Central High for head coach Justin Dixon, he played offensive tackle and played both defensive end and nose tackle. McNeil is a three-star prospect and ranks as the No. 40 offensive tackle in the country by Scout.com and is ranked the No. 28 offensive tackle nationally by 247Sports.com. This past season, McNeil was recognized by the Indiana Football Coaches Association as an all-state performer. On defense, McNeil recorded over 30 quarterback pressures and totaled six sacks. A 270-pounder, McNeil was tabbed the team's top defensive linemen. McNeil is a standout on the basketball court, averaging 14.0 points and 16.0 rebounds per contest this winter. McNeil earned all-conference honors on the hardwood last season. A native of Indianapolis, Ind., he was a standout in track and field. McNeil was a state champion in the shot put with a throw of 61-10.
