Mattingly Earns AVCA Regional Honors

The American Volleyball Coaches Association announced its 2013 Division I All-Region Awards and University of Louisville senior Brooke Mattingly was named to the honorable mention All-North Region Team.

The native of St. Henry, Ohio was named to The American Athletic Conference First Team and was a member of the USA Volleyball A2 Gold Medal Team. This year, she was named to the All-Penn State Invitational and was a two time AAC Honor Roll honoree. Named the Active Ankle Challenge MVP, she was also the AAC Co-Preseason Player of the Year. She is nationally ranked in hitting percentage (.354) and is second on the team in blocking.
