The Cardinals tied a season-high for first-half points with 51 against Seton Hall tonight. The Cardinals connected on 20-of-34 shots from the floor, including 7-of-12 from behind the arc. Louisville also tallied 51 against DePaul on 2/15/09.
The Cardinals said good-bye to three seniors (Terrence Williams, Will Scott and Andre McGee) prior to the game. Junior Earl Clark was also honored before tonight's contest.
The Cardinals finished the home portion of their schedule at 16-2 and are 31-4 in the last two seasons at Freedom Hall.
U of L is 109-5 over the last nine seasons when scoring more than 80 points in a game, including 79-5 under head coach Rick Pitino and 10-0 this season. Louisville is 89-7 when shooting better than 50 percent from the floor, including 9-0 this season.

The Cardinals tallied 12 steals tonight in the win over Seton Hall tonight. It was the 11th time this season that Louisville has registered double-digit steals in a game, including the second time in the last three games (10 versus Georgetown on 2/23/09).
Junior Earl Clark recorded his 24th double-double and 14th this season with a career-high 27 points and 14 rebounds tonight in the win over Seton Hall. It was Clark's fifth double-double in his last seven games. He has scored in double digits 30 times in his last 34 games dating back to last season. Clark's previous career-high was 25 against Mississippi on 12/18/08.
Senior Terrence Williams recorded eights assists to move past DeJuan Wheat (1993-97) and into third-place all-time in school history with 501 career assists, becoming only the third player in school history with 500 or more career assists. With 14 points, Williams also moved into 20th place all-time in school history with 1,466 career points.
Williams recorded his 17th career double-double and his sixth this season with 14 points and 12 rebounds in his final game at Freedom Hall.
The Cardinals, who entered the game ranked 17th nationally in assists, recorded 22 helpers in the win tonight. It was the ninth time this year that Louisville had 20 or assists in a game.
Freshman Terrence Jennings tallied a career-high 14 points on 6-of-8 shooting from the floor. His previous best was a 13-point performance in a win over West Virginia on 1/31/09.
