Louisville is 107-5 over the last nine seasons when scoring 80 or more points, including 78-5 under head coach Rick Pitino and 8-0 this season. The Cardinals are also 145-25 when holding the opposition below 70 points over the past eight seasons, including 16-2 this year.
The Cardinals connected on a season-high 18-of-36 three-pointers in the win over DePaul. The Cardinals are 12-0 this season when hitting more than eight or more three-pointers in a game. The Cardinals hit a season-high 18 trifectas, which bested the previous best of 11, which they did five times this season.
Senior Terrence Williams didn't start in today's win over DePaul. It snapped Williams' consecutive starts streak at 96 straight games. The last game he failed to start was on 3/17/06 versus Delaware State in the first round of the NIT.
Making his first career start at Louisville, junior Reginald Delk tallied a Louisville career-high of 10 points on 4-of-4 shooting from the floor and 2-of-2 from behind the arc. His previous best was seven points against South Florida on 1/7/09.

Sophomore Preston Knowles buried a career-high 5-of-7 three-pointers tonight in the win over DePaul. It was the most since he hit 4-of-5 against Austin Peay on 12/13/08. Knowles also scored 19 points in the win over DePaul, which was two shy of tying his career-high.
Junior Earl Clark tallied his 21st career double-double and 11th this season with 12 points and 11 rebounds in the win over DePaul. He tied his career-high for assists with eight, which he also did in a win over Ohio 12/7/08.
With three three-pointers today versus DePaul, junior Jerry Smith moved into a tie for eighth-place in school history with Marques Maybin (1997-01) for three-pointers in school history with 156.
The Cardinals shot 59.1 percent from the floor, which was the first time they shot better than 50.0 percent from the floor since connecting on 55.8 percent of their shots in a win over West Virginia on 1/31/09. It was the sixth time the Cards' hit better than 50.0 percent in a game this season.
