Sunday's Softball Games Cancelled

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Sunday's softball game between the University of Louisville and host Providence College was cancelled due to rain in the Providence area.

The Cardinals (29-20, 12-8 BIG EAST) currently stand in fifth place. The final seedings for the BIG EAST tournament will be announced late Sunday.

U of L will host the 2008 BIG EAST Softball Tournament May 8-10 at Ulmer Stadium.
