- The victory for the Cardinals ended their second two-game losing streak of the season.
- This was the 34th game of the season for Boise State, equaling the school record set in 2004-05.
- The Broncos were held 21 points under the season scoring average of 82.0 points per game, and their 61 points were a season low.
