
Pitino Previews Saturday's BIG EAST Home Game Against USF

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Louisville men's basketball head coach Rick Pitino and junior center Terrance Farley met with members of the media on Friday to preview Saturday's BIG EAST home game against USF. The Cards and Bulls will meet at 3 p.m. ET at Freedom Hall and the game will be televised locally by WHAS-TV.
The Cards enter Saturday's game at 16-8 overall and 6-4 in BIG EAST play following a 73-65 home loss to No. 22 Georgetown on Wednesday. The loss was UofL's second straight dropping the Cards to fifth place overall in the conference standings. The Bulls are 12-12 overall and 3-7 in the BIG EAST following a 66-62 loss at St. John's on Thursday night.
Farley, Caracter Return for Cards: Junior center Terrence Farley will return to the Cards after missing the Georgetown game with an injury, while freshman Derrick Caracter will also be available for UofL after missing the Cards' last six games.
