
Pitino Previews Monday's Exhibition Opener Against Carleton University

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Louisville men's basketball head coach Rick Pitino met with members of the media on Sunday to preview Monday's exhibition opener against Carleton University. The Cards and Ravens will tip off at 7 p.m. ET at Freedom Hall and the game will be television locally by WBKI-TV.
Carleton, which has won the last five straight Canadian national championships (CIS), has a 7-2 record in exhibition games this fall, including a 72-63 victory over Alabama.
This is the first of two exhibition games for the Cards this week. On Wednesday, U of L will host Georgetown College at 7:05 p.m. ET at Freedom Hall. The Cards will open their regular season on Saturday, Nov. 17 against Hartford in the first of two home games in the Findlay Toyota Las Vegas Invitational. The game time will be at either noon or 4:30 p.m. ET and will be set after the kick off time for the Cards' football game at USF is determined.
