
Cardinals Open Practice on August 4th

Louisville, Ky. - The University of Louisville football team begins practice for the 2006 season on Friday, August 4 at 3:00 p.m.
The freshmen and other rookies will practice at 3:00 p.m. and the veterans will begin practice at 4:00 p.m.
The first four practices are open to the public from August 4-7 and will then shut down for the entire season. There will be no access to any practices for the media during the season, as well.
The 2006 Fan Day is scheduled for Saturday, August 5. A pancake breakfast for the first 2,000 fans begins at 8:00 a.m. Head coach Bobby Petrino will address the crowd at 9:00 and the team will sign autographs on the concourse at 9:00 a.m.
Saturday's practice is at 2:30 p.m. and is also open to the public. The team will practice on Sunday and Monday at 10:00 a.m.
