
Louisville-Kentucky Football Game Moved to Sunday Night

LOUISVILLE - The University of Louisville-Kentucky football game at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium has been moved to Sunday, September 3 at 8:00 p.m. and will be shown live on ESPN, the BIG EAST announced on Tuesday.
The Cardinals and Wildcats, who were originally slated to play on Saturday, September 2, will play on Sunday for the fourth straight season. Louisville won last year, 31-24, in Lexington on Sunday afternoon.
Louisville has won the last three meetings in the series and six of the last seven. U of L shut out the 'Cats, 28-0, in the 2004 season opener at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.
The Cardinals open up preseason preparations on August 5.
