
Pitino Previews Saturday's Home Game Against USF

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Louisville men's basketball head coach Rick Pitino met with members of the media on Friday to preview the Cardinals' BIG EAST Conference home game against USF on Saturday at Freedom Hall. The game will tip off at Noon ET and will be televised by ESPN Plus and WHAS-TV in Louisville.
U of L will honor its 1956 NIT Championship team on their 50th anniversary at the game, as well as recognizing nearly 100 former U of L lettermen. The Cards (15-8, 3-7) fell 74-68 at Cincinnati in their last outing on Monday.
USF (6-16, 0-9) enters the game following a 70-65 home loss to Seton Hall on Wednesday, the 11th straight loss for the Bulls.
