LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Louisville football head coach Bobby Petrino met with members of the media on Monday to review the Cards' 44-17 win at Middle Tennessee last week and preview the upcoming BIG EAST opener against Cincinnati. The Cards and Bearcats will meet on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET on Homecoming at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium and the game will be televised nationally by ESPNU.
With the win at MTSU last Friday night, the Cards improved to 5-0 on the season, while Cincinnati moved to 3-3 overall following a 20-14 win over Akron last Saturday.
Cards Ranked Seventh in the Nation: UofL enters this week's game against Cincinnati ranked seventh in the Associated Press Top 25 Poll, the USA Today Coaches Poll and the Harris Interactive Poll.
