Louisville, Ky. - Louisville to release signee information on Feb. 1. Information will be released as soon as official verifican has been received
UofLSports.com once again will provide the first official word on Louisville's football signees when the 2006 signing period begins Feb. 1.
Updated information on each signee will be posted as soon as the athletics department receives official verification from each prospective student-athlete. The signees' name, class, height, weight, hometown and high school, along with a brief biographical sketch, will be posted to form a running list throughout the day here at UofLSports.com.
Head coach Bobby Petrino will address the media regarding the day's events that afternoon beginning at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time from the recruiting lounge. A complete release of signees will be available at that time. In addition, e-mail and fax distribution of U ofL's official list will follow the session at UofLSports.com will provide audio from the Petrino press conference.
Fans are invited to the Signing Day Party at 4:00 p.m. in the Brown and Williamson Club on the third floor of the Stadium. Petrino and the Cardinals' assistant coaches will address the fans and talk about each signee.
Bios and a complete list of signees will also be made available.
