
Petrino Previews Friday's BIG EAST Game Against Rutgers

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Louisville football head coach Bobby Petrino, sophomore quarterback Brian Brohm and senior defensive end Elvis Dumervil met with members of the media on Monday to preview U of L's upcoming BIG EAST home game against Rutgers. The Cards and Scarlet Knights will meet on Friday at 8 p.m. ET at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium and the game will be televised nationally on ESPN2.
Following the Rutgers game, U of L will close out its three-game BIG EAST home stand by hosting Syracuse on Nov. 26. Game time and television arrangements for the Cards and Orange will be announced in the coming days.
Cards Ranked 23rd in the Nation: U of L enters this week's game against Rutgers ranked 23rd in the AP Poll, the USA Today Coaches Poll and Harris Interactive Poll after last week's 42-20 win over Pittsburgh.
