
Brohm Named BIG EAST Co-Offensive Player of the Week

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - - University of Louisville quarterback Brian Brohm and USF running back Andre Hall were named Co-Offensive Players of the Week in the BIG EAST Conference, the league announced on Monday.
In a 56-5 win over Rutgers on Nov. 11, Brohm completed 22-of-30 passes (73.3 percent) for 315 yards and three touchdowns. It was his fifth 300-yard passing game of the season. Brohm also ran for a one-yard touchdown. This is the fourth Offensive Player of the Week honor for the Louisville sophomore this season. Michael Vick holds the BIG EAST record when he won the award five times.
Hall earns Offensive Player of the Week honors for the second straight week. He carried the ball 24 times for 222 yards (9.3 avg.) and three touchdowns in USF's 27-0 victory over Syracuse on Nov. 12. The 222 yards rushing is the second best rushing performance in the BIG EAST this season.
