
Petrino Previews Thursday's BIG EAST Home Opener Against Pitt

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Louisville football head coach Bobby Petrino, junior running back Kolby Smith and senior wide receiver Joshua Tinch met with members of the media on Monday to preview U of L's upcoming BIG EAST home opener against Pittsburgh. The Cards and Panthers will meet on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. ET at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium and the game will be televised nationally on ESPN.
Following the Pittsburgh game, U of L will continue its three-game BIG EAST home stand by hosting Rutgers on Friday, Nov. 11 at 8 p.m. ET and the game will be televised nationally by ESPN2.
Cards Ranked 24th, 25th in the Nation: U of L enters this week's game against Pitt ranked 24th in the AP Poll and 25th in the USA Today Coaches Poll and Harris Interactive Poll.
