
Brohm Named BIG EAST Co-Offensive Player of the Week

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - - University of Louisville quarterback Brian Brohm and Rutgers running back Ray Rice were named the BIG EAST Conference Co-Offensive Players of the Week on Monday.
It's the third time the talented sophomore has won this award.
In Louisville's 46-22 victory at Cincinnati on Oct. 22, Brohm completed 21-of-26 passes for 303 yards and two touchdowns. His completion percentage of .808 was tied for the fifth best in Cardinal history. It was the fourth 300-yard passing game of the season for Brohm, who leads the nation in passing efficiency (169.8) and the BIG EAST with 2,102 passing yards and 14 touchdowns.
The Cardinals are off this week, but host Pittsburgh on Thursday, November 3 at 7:30 p.m.
