Louisville, Ky - After Hurricane Ivan postponed the University of Louisville football team's game with Tulane, the Cardinals return to action this Saturday with a visit to Chapel Hill to face an improved North Carolina (2-1) team on Saturday, September 25. The game can be seen live on WFTE Great 58 at 1:35 p.m. with Don Russell and Doug James.
The Cardinals ran their record to 2-0 with a 52-21 win over Army on an emotional day at West Point. Playing on rhe third anniversary of September 11, the Cardinals amassed 572 yards of total offense and rushed for six touchdowns. Stefan LeFors was in complete control of the offense, completing 18-of-24 passes for 270 yards and a touchdown. Broderick Clark tied a career-high with six receptions for a career-best 122 yards. Louisville scored 50 or more points for the second time in 15 games under Petrino and garnered over 500 yards of total offense for sixth time. The Cardinals are trying for their seventh straight win over a BCS school.

Television: WDRB will televise locally back to Louisville with Don Russell (play-by-play) and Doug James (analyst) calling the action.
Radio: Paul Rogers will call the play-by-play with former Cardinal football player Craig Swabek serving as the analyst. Former Uof L quarterback Marty Lowe is the sideline reporter.

Coaches:
Louisville: Head coach Bobby Petrino is 11-4 in his second season as head coach of the Cardinals. He went 9-4 last year, his first with Louisville.
North Carolina: John Bunting is 15-25 in four seasons at North Carolina. He went 8-5 in his first season with the Tar Heels in 2001.
