Game Notes - Louisville at Florida
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Louisville men's basketball head coach Rick Pitino and selected players met with members of the media on Friday to preview the Cardinals' road game at Florida on Saturday. Tip-off between the Cardinals (4-1) and Gators (5-1) is set for noon ET at the O'Connell Center and the game will be televised nationally by ESPN.
In its second exhibition game of the season, U of L beat Lindsey Wilson College 78-48 last Tuesday as Juan Palacios led the Cards with 19 points and 11 rebounds. On Wednesday, Florida defeated Stetson 93-54 hitting eight straight three-pointers in the first half.
Following the game at Florida, the Cards will return home to host North Carolina A&T on Tuesday, Dec. 14 and rival Kentucky on Saturday, Dec. 18 at Freedom Hall.
